In order to make lodging as simplified as possible, we have reserved a room block for all guests attending the wedding. When you reserve your room using the button to the right of this box, please ensure that you reserve the room for both you and anyone staying in your room with you. If you are a solo traveler and unsure about whether or not you were paired with someone in a room, please reach out to Kyle and Shay.

Please note this is an all-inclusive resort (that means food and alcohol), your only costs will be travel and accommodations. Any guests not staying at the resort will be required to purchase a day pass to the resort to access the wedding venue.

When do I need to reserve my room by?

Please make note of the following important dates for booking and payments:

  • By March 31st, 2026: RSVP and 1st deposit ($150 to reserve your room)

  • By June 11, 2026: 2nd deposit (60% of total room cost)

  • By August 6, 2026: Make your final payment

  • At least 45 days before travel: Submit your flight information so transportation can be arranged

Important Information

All guests attending the wedding are required to reserve a minimum 3 night stay to participate in the room block. All rooms have been heavily discounted for additional accessibility. Transportation to and from the airport will be coordinated in the reservation link below.

Frequently Asked Questions…

  • You’ll want to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). This is the closest airport to the resort and the one all guests should use for arrival and departure.

  • Transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and the resort will be available as an optional add-on when booking your accommodations.

    • Cost: $101 per person (round trip)

    • Includes: Travel to and from the resort and airport

    • We highly recommend selecting this option to ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer.

  • Please make note of the following important dates for booking and payments:

  • Please plan on attending the wedding in your best black cocktail attire.

  • The ceremony will take place outdoors, shortly followed by the cocktail hour. The reception will be held indoors, followed by dancing outdoors.

  • Our celebration will be an intimate one, and we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation join us in celebrating our special day.
